Ellina Johnson, Owner/Head Baker

Ellina was born and raised in Los Angeles. Her excitement for baking started back in 2019 however baking didn’t become a consistent practice until 2021 while on her own health journey. She wanted to provide fresh organic sourdough breads for her family—knowing that food that is prepared with time, effort, care, and awareness around health is akin to one’s happiness and well-being. The passion for providing quality sourdough breads and desserts has become part of her daily life and apart of Lunetta Bakery. 

Jessi,

Dough Prep/Baker

Jessi was born on Oahu and raised in Lake Havasu, AZ. After moving back to the islands, she started working in the food industry and during that time, became inspired by the world of cooking and baking. She believes it’s a privilege to be immersed in the food industry and to be apart of a team that serves the community by creating conscious breads and desserts made with love and pride.

Ignacio, Dough Prep/Baker

Ignacio’s passion for cooking began in his family’s home with his grandmother and mother in Argentina. He remembers his childhood meals made with love and purpose. That is something that he embodies with his love for food.

Today he keeps his childhood alive through cooking and baking at Lunetta. He connects with his community by pouring his energy into baking in order for others to share memories, flavors, and traditions.
